Review of COLES Belly Roast Boneless

Coles Pork Belly is surprisingly tender with a decent layer of crispy crackling when cooked properly. The meat is flavorful and well-balanced in fat. It is convenient for a home roast and offers great value for the price. A solid option for an easy, restaurant-style meal at home especially for my Vietnamese crackling pork!
