I like the pork belly. Whenever I feel like crispy pork belly I’d buy this and make some. I would score the meat side and season it the way I like it and cover the entire skin side with tiny holes with metal skewers or appropriate tools. Sit it in the tin foil and only cover the meat parts. Expose the skin side in the ufridge to let dry up overnight to facilitate skin puffing in oven/air fryer. 160C for 30mins to cook through, crank up to 180-200C to crackle the skin. Observe and act accordingly.
