Photo Review of COLES Belly Roast Boneless

It turned out to be an excellent buy, it was affordable, especially considering the quality of the cut. I prepared it by roasting, and the results were outstanding. The skin crisped up beautifully, while the inner layers remained juicy and tender, delivering that ideal balance of crunch and succulence that makes pork belly such a treat. One of the highlights was the perfect layering of fat and meat, not too fatty, not too lean. This made it both flavourful and satisfying without being overly greasy. For the price, I couldn’t have asked for more. There was nothing I didn’t like about this cut. It cooked evenly, had great flavour, and hit all the right textures
