This is one of my favourite instant noodles. The noodles cook quickly and have a nice chewy texture. The seasoning packets (sweet soy sauce, chilli and oil) create a really rich savoury flavour that tastes very similar to fried noodles from a restaurant. I also like that you can easily customise it by adding an egg, vegetables or some chicken to make it a fuller meal.
