Love these dates, although sweet but do not spike blood sugar. For desert just simply remove seed , fill with cottage cheese, yum.

Absolutely delicious. I love to eat these with crunchy peanut butter. I split them open and take out the seed. Then I squeeze my squeezy peanut butter on them to create a delectable snicker like snack.

These medjool dates are moist, juicy and taste like caramel. There big and plump. They last longer bought In this Pack form then loose. and are a bigger size and better quality. There a healthy, delicious snack, or addition to baked goods. They provide lots or energy and fibre.
