Among all sorts of chilli oils, this is hands down the best. Goes well with white rice, fried rice, noodles , dim sum and even great for sandwich . It's a bit of kick and mildly salty.

I love this brand of chilli oil, had it when I was younger , it can be quite hot if you cannot tolerate very chilli food , so be aware. but otherwise, it’s is great on noodles and fried rice

The product is delicious and good quality. But the price is a bit expensive. Its good to use in cooking and as an add on any dish that makes the dish taste a bit better. Definitely will recomend this product to anyone who likes their food with a bit of spice

Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil is amazing with stir-fry dishes, especially Asian fried radish cake and flat noodles (Kuey Teow). It adds the perfect kick! It's also delicious with crunchy vegetables like snow peas, bok choy, and garlic shoots. A must-have for a flavorful stir-fry!

As far as authentic Chilli Oil goes, this is the best tasting chilli oil sold at Cole's or Woolworths. It's not too spicy but gives an amazing umami flavouring that I add to pretty much all my rice and noodle dishes. I even put some on pizza and pasta.
