Our family use this oyster sauce for cooking in many of our dishes. Sometimes we use it to marinate meat, sometimes we use it in stry fry. It's great for stry fry noodles.

oyster sauce is a must have ingredient for Chinese cooking. so versatile and a good balance between sweet and savoury. great in stir fries, as a marinade and evening dipping sauce. and Lee Kum kee is our go to oyster sauce brand

This oyster sauce is of premium quality and tastes alot better than lower priced oyster sauces. I use it mainly in stir fried but can also be used for marinating chicken.
