This oyster sauce is great for cooking dishes such as stir fry noodles or braised beef. It is easy to use and you just need to pour the bottle into a bowl. You can even use the sauce to marinate meat for extra flavour. The bottle is made out of glass and is quite heavy so I would suggest using two hands when pouring sauce out of the bottle. Being careful will also be important since glass can break. Overall, this sauce has a nice savoury flavour and definitely enhances the taste of dishes that can be made for lunch, dinner or any other time of the day.
