I like Lee Kum Kee Gold Label Soy Sauce for its savoury and strong oyster flavour. It is the best soy sauce! Good for marinating, cooking, dipping, stir fry, and I use this on my crispy pork belly, and it's amazing! I use this with just about everything. I use it on pies, shepherd's pie, pasties, and, of course, Asian foods and especially fried rice. Don't be deluded, this is Gold Label soy sauce, not the regular soy sauce.
