Lee Kim Kee Soy Saice really adds something special in an Asian-inspired meal. This is not as salty as some soy sauces and it is lighter in colour and flavour. I highly recommend this brand, not only is it a decent sized bottle that lasts for a long time, but you will really taste the difference with a premium soy sauce.
