I've recently discovered how to make Katsu Chicken at home, but was finding that it needed an extra kick. This sauce is the perfect accompaniment, and along with a bowl of steamed rice, is an absolute treat. Extremely easy to use, just drop it in some boiling water and it will thicken into a curry sauce
