Twinings used to have very similar teas on the market about a year ago they have since discontinued them these appear to be the new versions of them. This defence tea is delicious and it has definitely helped me when feeling a bit under the weather it has green tea ginger citrus and Echinacea. It is so good and it made me feel a lot better when I wasn’t feeling too great.
