I was recently diagnosed with kidney stones and was told I needed to drink water... I actually hate water. Hence why I probably got the stones. Adding this to my water bottle helps me to enjoy drinking water and I now easily drink 2 litres a day. It’s easy to add and flavours my water quickly.
