Light and refreshing. If you like peppermint then this tea is perfect I tried to use it as ice cold tea and it tastes amazing !! I used filtered water (cold) and placed the tea bag in a bottle and was surprised how you can drink it either hot or cold and the flavour doesn’t disappear drinking either way Good also if you looking for a body cleanse tea
