This is a really good daily toner as it wipes away all the dirt in the dust from the night and day it has really helped calm and cool down and help reduce the redness of pimples I suggest putting a small amount of the solution on a cotton pad and wiping it gently all over the face. it does sting broken skin do not forget that so make sure when you are using it be gentle and careful around popped pimples and broken skin
