5-Star Review of Command Picture Hanging Strips Combo pack - Small/Medium - White. 12 per pack

I love Command strips - I've used other brands which fell off (and broke frames), or used Velcro which didn't hold as well as these strips. Every (cement block) wall in my home is covered with art held up with Command strips. Make sure to clean with isopropyl alcohol before applying, it really does make a difference. Very occasionally a small chip of paint will come off when I remove them, but that's more to do with the landlord special paint job than the strips.
