I like Cholula Hot Sauce Chipotle 150mL for its good balance of chipotle flavour and heat. I bought this Cholula Chipotle Hot sauce from supermarket. Upon opening, I could tell it would be very hot from the aroma, and it has a deep, beautiful colour. Be warned, it is hot. Some say hot but really aren't, this one is. That being said, it has an excellent flavour. I can taste the peppers and spices, and a really nice chilliness that lingers. This is excellent with chips, and would be good on so many other things. I'm thinking enchiladas next.
