I don’t really like the taste of full-on olive oil so this light variety is great for all kinds of meals, from salads to frying meats. The taste is very subtle and not overpowering at all. As olive oil can be expensive I just buy whatever’s on sale. Downside of this is it’s only 750ml while others are 1L, so tend to buy it if the unit price is lower than others.
