I picked it up because it's been recommended in some recipes. I like hot stuff and use different sources in my cooking but always open to something new. This one has a special taste and aroma and I used it for cooking mussels and Buffallo wings. Wonderful! Will try for my Bloody Mary next time. Highly recommend.
