love this. you can use it in place of soy sauce, it has a gentler flavor. great with sashimi! lovely savory depth. it’s gluten free too which is a bonus. 5 stars, no complaints!

An aged, brewed say sauce for asian dishes, mostly fish. Very concentrated and salty, so use it in moderation.
