I grew up eating spam. They were branded as “unhealthy” because of they are high sodium and fat content, but they are so tasty. Already cooked, so easy to prepare either hot or cold in sandwiches or burger buns. Great for easy breakfast, diced into scrambled eggs or alone. Other brands are imitating spam but nothing compares, there is only one Spam.
