My child is addicted to this go to meal. I am afraid that it only fills a void but has little nutritional value as my child never adds an egg for extra satiety.

love it, always have 1-2 pack in my pantry. the noodle taste good and the soup is spicy which i love, but it maybe a little spicy for some people, those could put less powder in it
