The Gourmet Spicy Shin Ramyun Noodle Soup had a rich and flavourful broth with a nice depth, though I found the spice level milder than expected. The noodles had a great chewy texture and held up well in the soup, making it enjoyable and filling. While the flavour was bold, I think adding a dash of chilli oil or extra spice would give it the extra punch it needs. It was still quick, convenient, and comforting—perfect for a warm meal when you’re short on time.

probably not the healthiest snack but these have such a nice flavor. we have also used the noodles on their own in stirfrys. good for lunch or an after school pick me up.
