I really love Shin Ramyun! The noodles are perfectly chewy, and I usually use only half of the spice packet—it gives just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. I like to add two slices of cheese, an egg, and some vegetables. Together, it’s a perfect combination—rich, creamy, spicy, and absolutely comforting.
