Very good! The noodles are chewy and firm even they are cooked for a bit longer time. It's not less spicy than the regular flavour. It's more suitable than me and my family. It's fantastic to eat with kimchi.

Shin Ramyun Black is definitely a premium upgrade from the original. The addition of the bone soup base makes the broth much creamier, richer, and less harshly spicy than the regular version.

When I’ve had a busy day and no time to cook dinner, shin ramyun is my go to for meal. Shin Ramyum is delicious, and perfect when you’re adding tofu, kimchi & other greens to the soup base. I always finish it off with an poached egg on the soup too!

Literally the best shin ramyun from Nongshim. This black version is really rich in beef bone flavour, and it is less spicy than the red version (which is perfect for someone like me who can’t eat too spicy). The only cons is that the regular price is a bit too high for an instant noodle!

Shin Raman black is my all time favorite. The soup base is different from original one. It’s more rich and have pork flavour. Noodle texture was chewy and the portion is perfect for me. however, the price was little higher than regular one.
