This Sushi Izu Salmon and Avocado from Woolworths was a quick, convenient, and tasty dinner option. I love that these are pre-prepared and ready to eat, they require no cooking or preparation. These are perfect if you are buys and have no time to cook, or are on the run. I like that this sushi is made from real ingredients in individual Woolworths stores by a dedicated sushi chef. This sushi tasted good and was filling, although it was a little dry - I wish it had included more soy sauce! I like that this sushi had a good amount of salmon, and was high in protein and tasty. Altogether, a good buy!

This is a convenient lunch item when I fail to pack something from home. the salmon is always fresh and the combination with avocado makes this a perfect healthy meal or even a snack. Quality seems to be consistent each time I purchase this.
