Review of Excellence 95% Cocoa Ultimate Dark Chocolate Block

I picked up the Lindt 95% Dark Chocolate because I wanted to try something richer, and wow — it’s definitely intense. It’s super dark with almost no sweetness, so if you’re used to regular milk chocolate, it might be a shock at first. The texture is really smooth and it melts nicely in your mouth, and you can tell it’s high quality. The flavor is bold, kind of earthy and a little bitter, but in a good way if you like strong chocolate. I usually have just a square or two after dinner because it’s really satisfying without needing a lot. Overall, I think it’s perfect for serious dark chocolate lovers, but maybe not the best choice if you’re just looking for something sweet and easygoing.
