The gold kiwi fruit has mild and sweet flavor that is very balanced. The king of kiwi fruit variety is Zespris Sungold kiwi. It has little to no acidity or tartness that can sometimes take over their green counterparts. The flavor in our kiwi, apple and pear breakfast smoothie was sublime because of the sweetness of the gold kiwifruit that never lets you down.

Zespri sun gold kiwi fruit are firm on the out side with a smooth skin. Once you cut open the fruit it has a juicy texture and great flavor. Chop up and use in fruit salads or chop in half and eat with a spoon. Fibre rich which is great for regularity
