Zespri Sungold Kiwi Fruit is one of my favourite fruits! It has a naturally sweet and tropical flavour, much less tart than the green variety. The golden flesh is soft, juicy, and very refreshing. I also love that it's rich in vitamin C and easy to eat—just cut it in half and scoop with a spoon. Pros: Sweet taste, high in nutrients, no need to peel the skin. Cons: A bit more expensive than regular kiwis and can bruise easily if not handled carefully.

I think the kiwis are sweet especially the ones that are a little soft. For the harder ones, i will usually put for some days to make it more ripe and sweet. However, the price can be more cheaper.
