Zespri SunGold kiwis are wonderfully sweet with a refreshing tropical flavor. Unlike some kiwis that can become mushy, these stay firm and juicy while still being tender and easy to eat. They are delicious on their own, but I also like slicing and freezing them to use in smoothies. The golden flesh makes them not only tasty but also visually appealing. A perfect balance of sweetness and texture, definitely one of my favorite fruits.

I like the gold kiwi more than the green ones as they are sweeter. Although more expensive than the green kiwis, I enjoy eating them more. They are easily found in vegetable shops and supermarkets.
