I take B12 every day since I become vegetarian to help achieve my diatry requirements. I take one a day. The Blackmored is the brand that I trust. Even though the tablets are small, they are a little bit hard to swallow. However, it boosts my B12 vitamine concentration in my body and supports my energy levels.
