If you want to make it true chinese, use Chang’s Sesame Oil, it smells wonderful as soon as it hits the pan. Add it to everything, fried rice, stir frys – it only needs such a small amount, and it goes a long way, so the price works out well, with the usage from the bottle. AND the taste – WOW!!

A few drops is all you need to add delicious flavour to any meal whether it is to soup broths or fried rice. I have grown up with this and continue to use it. Definitely a staple item
