onion powder with garlic n ginger is a killer addition to salt and pepper for pre cooking dry rub marinade this onion powder (like most fine powders) will tend to stick together in the bottle when its about below half full, you'll need to use the handle of a fork or spoon to stir it up.

I love this product, it makes a great seasoning for steak. Great in meat loaf. Cab get moisture in bottle, just needs to be broken up.
