Nurofen is a great pain relief that really works, sometimes immediately or definitely I find within half an hour anyhow. The pills come in a variety size packs of either 12, 24 or a box of 96. They are a small size so easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad taste in your mouth afterwards either. I always have some handy at home and at work. 5 stars from me!

typically, when panadol didn't work, I switched to nurofen. For mild symptoms, panadol worked for me. They are a bit pricey compared with panadol

I used to always take Panadol but now since I switched to nurofen, my period cramps and stomach aches have gone away a lot faster than usual. I believe it’s stronger than Panadol so it should be used as such and not taking multiple in a row
