Rosella cocktail onion white . I love it and it is usually always used as side with our lunch. Sharp, tangy taste enhances salads. Readily available and generally good quality. it contains antioxidant. could be high in sodium, acidity and low in nutrients as compared with fresh onions.

I love adding these to my platters when I’m entertaining, they add a nice crunch with a zingy flavour. Definitely worth keeping a jar in the pantry/fridge for next time you have a get together.

these are another great thing to put on a platter - can even mix them in with the one coloured ones for something to look more fancy. these ones have such a nice taste to even just sit and eat them on there own for a little snack

Tasty with a crunchy tang cocktail onions. great addition to cheese platter or charcuteri. Pairs well with cheese and crackers.
