This tuna not only has the dolphin friendly certification (eco- friendly) but also contains an excellent amount of Omega 3 that is super healthy! My favourite flavour is tuna flakes. Tuna is always a good option for quickly eating if you are starving. I always have tuna with toasts and cheese! It could be cheaper, however, I buy it because of the high food quality
