Love this brand of tuna, These tins are handy to have on hand as a snack or for sandwiches. My cat also loves these tins too so everyone in the family enjoys greenseas!

this is my favourite tuna because once you drain the oil it’s not dry like other tunas and i find it really great for things like tuna melts

The best tuna in their lineup I love the tuna flakes as you can add them to salad or sushi rolls or whatever you’re making with such ease and they taste amazing too

The taste is alright not bad. If you need to fill up protein in your diet add this with pleasure. It gives the right amount of protein. Add two with 1/4 cup of cooked rice with chili flakes and pepper makes a perfect lunch. Roasting this tuna with ghee gives additional benefits. I like roaring but it may be everyone's cup of tea.
