I picked up the Woolworths Italian Balsamic Vinegar to use in salads and marinades, and it’s turned out to be a really handy staple in the kitchen. The flavour is nicely balanced. slightly sweet with that classic tangy kick and it works well drizzled over salads, roasted veggies, or even mixed into a quick dressing. I’ve found myself reaching for it more often than expected because it just adds that extra bit of flavour without much effort. Great quality for the price and something I’ll keep stocked in the pantry.
