These are a fast and convenient way to deal with reflux , you can easily keep them in a bag or the car for when you need them. I do like the mint flavour more than the blackcurrant because I find the blackcurrant has a slightly minty taste anyway.

It’s good at temporary relief for heart burn but not a permanent solution. Probably in fact it’s only about a 5 minute solution. They are quite yummy and a little addictive though.
