Coles Thickened Cream is my go to, to use for cooking - especially to add creaminess to Indian curries and gravies. Mild flavour, not too thick, and a good quantity for the price.

A great cream to add to both sweet and savoury dishes. I use this in curries and pasta dishes. But then you whip it and add it in cheesecakes, on top of chocolate cake or even to make ice cream. A rich creamy additive to many dishes. Delicious!

This cream has a full, rich texture, that adds depth to soups or is delicious on its own poured over a steaming pudding in winter. It's also versatile when whipped and has identical taste to branded creams (they all come from cows!) so the budget price of Coles cream is welcome.
