considering the price difference between a brand name and the coles thickened cream, i really cannot tell the difference to justify the variance. this is creamy, fatty and was delicious in my tortellini bosciolla. will definitelty by again

The Cole’s brand thickening cream works surprisingly well for the price- smooth texture, blends easily, and adds nice body to sauces without affecting the flavour and great for making whipped cream. Great value pantry staple!
