Full flavoured, rich and thick cream. Whips perfectly to hold a peak, or lovely poured as it comes over pies and warm desserts. Today I've used this in potato bake. The lid is a little tricky to take off if your fingers aren't agile. Both lid and bitter are recyclable. Made in Australia from Australian cows.
