Never had any issues using this in cooking or serving with baking. Label has changed but still Coles thickened cream. Can’t go wrong, just as good as dearer brands.

the cheapest thickened cream on the shelf reason for me purchasing it does it's job I use this a lot when I'm making homemade pasta meals
