Coles thickened cream is great! It’s an Australian made fresh dairy product sold to local and big supermarkets alike. The cream comes in two different sizes so you can choose what suits your needs best. I choose the 300ml size over the 600ml as I didn’t need too much. The cream has a nice subtle sweet taste but mostly is always good quality being so fresh and creamy. It’s perfect for baking and cooking with. I used mine this time to add into a pasta dish which made it taste wonderful. 5 stars!

Always buy the Coles/Woolies thickened cream due to it being the cheapest. Usually buy it if I'm making carbonara/whipped cream but this time I used it for my giblet Nando's dipping sauce paired with bread made it saucy and creamy. Definitely elevated the dish!
