Peppeemint crisp. is an underrated star in the chocolate bar world! it packs a punch with flavour and texture like no other! I love using it in recipes to add a little something special to a what would otherwise a boring dessert like crush a bar on top of your chocolate ripple cake, moose cheesecake pavlova or even vanilla ice cream it’s to die for!

This is an iconic chocolate bar. Really good for topping on top of pavlova and trifles once crushed up. Very nice peppermint taste and the chocolate is really smooth and creamy.

good price point and easily accessible from major supermarkets. nice smooth chocolate with a lovely crunchy mint filling. although the mint filling can be a bit hard to bite into. refreshing and satisfying snack. a nice addition to be added to special desserts such as pavlova or crumbled over icecream.
