This is one of my favs for a treat! the yoghurt is nice and Creamy and the mix ins are the perfect amount and it really does remind me of having a lemon meringue pie.

Easy to peel off the lid and mix the ingredients. subtle taste of Lemon and has a nice crunch.

the meringue is a little bit unique but too sweet. however, the sour lemon yogurt combined with it and make a great reaction.
