My partner started looking into multivitamin options to improve general health and wellbeing and in all honesty I only bought this one because it was on special but he takes one every day and I have actually noticed an improvement in his mood and activity level during the day. There is a warning on the label regarding taking vitamin A during pregnancy (this is a multivitamin for men 50+ years 🤔) but as a whole I am yet to find any fault with this product.
