put onto these by my daughter. I've been using these for 7 weeks now and while it took a couple of weeks to really kick in, I find these are fantastic. I've gone from either using sleeping tabs or waking several times a night, to either sleeping a solid 7 hrs or waking up once and going back to sleep within minutes. Very impressed.
