Good taste, convenient and 99% sugar-free. it contains biotin, zinc and vitamin C to support collagen production and cellular antioxidant protection. Since I started taking it, I have noticed stronger nails. I haven't seem any changes for hair or skin though. But I'm happy anyway cause my focus was the nails.
