This drink is a quick and easy way to give your body a boost. It has a strong, tangy flavour with a very noticeable ginger kick, so it feels fresh and energising rather than sweet. I first bought this when I felt myself coming down with the flu and honestly it really helped to boost my energy in the morning, and especially on the days when the symptoms were really beginning to hit me hard. Honestly its not a cure but it was really helpful to boost my energy. I will probably continue to buy this to have a shot everyday to boost my immunity - because I think it was able to do that for me. Overall, it’s a handy wellness shot with bold flavour and simple, natural ingredients.

The juice lab have a variety of nice little shots for health purposes. They are often strong with ginger or spicey with pepper so can be hard to drink but it’s good for you regardless.
